chore: cleanup unused files and scripts

Browse Source 
- Removed legacy TypeScript templates (replaced by JSON)
- Removed unused PowerShell and CJS maintenance scripts
- Removed debug logs and unused components
- Files moved to local _TRASH/ directory (excluded from git)
