✨ v0.1.1 - Packaging + UI polish + WebView2 reliability
- UI polish: tighter TimeSpinner spacing; fullscreen break screen fixes (centering/progress/ripple sizing)
- Embedded assets: enabled custom protocol
- WebView2: detect via loader API (not registry); warn on missing WebView2 with download link
- Packaging: statically linked WebView2Loader → single EXE (no DLL)
- Docs: screenshots + README structure improvements
